ABSTRACT
Background:Healthy and sick is circumstance of bio psycho social which is one of human life. Physical condition and psychical is one of union which have interaction one another and inseparable. Family is an important element to child treatment especially when child has trouble in its health. Family support will be given the impact of child growth especially psychological impact of child.
The Child treatment in hospital is full of stress because environment of itself. At the child of pre-school dread has the biggest experienced treatment in hospital. Based on the matter the researcher do the research mean to know the relation between family support with the dread level of effect hospitalization to child in pre-school age.
Methods: This Research use non experimental research with the device of correlation research by cross sectional approach. Sample which is used 30 responders by using data collecting technique with the primary data is questioner form of family support and also direct questioner observation dread of child pre-school age. To complete the primary data of child pre-school is used sekunder data obtained from medical record, energy paramedic and also family.
Result:Statistic Test used in this research is correlation of spearman rho with the result of the correlation (r) is - 0,650 with the significant level 0, 01 meaning that there is relation between family supports with level of dread of effect hospitalization to child pre-school age in RSUP Dr.Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The more support excelsior given, the more light to progressively level.
